Description We are offering a position for a Data Entry Clerk to join the accounting team of a Honolulu Non-Profit Organization. As the Data Entry Clerk, you will enter large volumes of information into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases, and you will handle additional accounting and finance support functions. Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
Processing customer and account source documents, reviewing data and detecting deficiencies
Aiding the company in data entry and additional administrative tasks
Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
Executing additional tasks as required
Handling highly sensitive information
Utilizing policies and procedures to continue operations; communicating necessary changes
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Strong organization skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Microsoft Word experience
Strong familiarity with check processing
Microsoft Excel experience preferred
Data entry experience desired
Demonstrated knowledge of Organizing Files
Practical knowledge of Communication Skills
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
