Dental Receptionist F/T (Waianae & Liliha)

To work at 2 locations - Waianae (M, W, Th) and Liliha (T, F).

We are an established dental office that loves our patients and strive to give them the best experience possible. That starts with a welcoming voice and a warm smile from the receptionist!

We are looking for an energetic, positive and cheerful person to be our receptionist for our dental offices in Waianae and Liliha. The right person will be reliable, organized, and able to multitask.

Some of the traits we are looking for are:

Front office dental experience preferred

Experience in dental software (Eaglesoft) a plus

Comfortable discussing financial arrangements

Open to crosstrain to other areas of the dental office

Ability to work well with others

Driven to ensure each patient has a great experience

Job description:

greeting patients, answering phones

scheduling appointments

Filing insurance claims

Collecting payments

Pay is commensurate with experience and ability to perform.
