Maui Disposal Inc. is looking for a talented addition to our team.

General Job Description:

Dispatch and communicate with all drivers and assist in maximizing operational efficiency through data collection, report monitoring, and active monitoring systems, such as GPS, dashcam, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be available to work three (3) weeks Monday-Friday then fourth week Tuesday-Saturday

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests.

This is a “full time” hourly position with full benefits including overtime, paid vacation, paid personal days, paid holidays, 401k and profit sharing after one (1) year, free medical coverage for employee, if choosing Kaiser, otherwise minimal cost if choosing other plan, dental coverage, free Life Insurance, optional Cancer Insurance plan,etc.

Paydays are every Friday

Specific Functions:

1. Answer phones and communicate with drivers, customers, accounting and management.

2. Assist in printing and issuing route schedules for the next day (or days if the weekend).

3. Input “Stats” data and complies daily reports for review, makes recommendations as needed.

4. Assist in billing of rolloff customers to ensure they have been billed the proper landfill fee and any special fees, such

as contamination, overweight, etc.

5. Monitor dashcams in trucks, and driver movements for safety, efficiency, etc.

6. Assist lead dispatcher, safety manager, and operation managers as needed.

7. Assist with daily operations inputs, data management and filing.

8. Must be flexible and able to execute all other assigned tasks.
