We need people that have a keen eye to examine the smallest details, execute proper solutions to missing details, conduct reports on our business program (phone app), and can follow our strict requirements, which are carefully outlined in your thorough training. Our Vacation Rental Inspectors are responsible for ensuring that our vacation rental properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety for our guests.

Overview of Responsibilities:

Housekeeping of the interior condos, light maintenance, and participate in special projects.

Must be diligent in finding solutions to the issues found during inspection.

Pride of work and uphold high standards for our owners.

Multitasking skills and the ability to work in a busy team environment with Aloha.

Clear communication skills and a high degree of sound morals - We expect honesty in all work performed.

Kaiser Medical Insurance (Full-time employees only)

Required Skills:

High School Diploma or higher

Clean HI Driver's Abstract

Great work ethic, like Olympic Gold Medal worthy!

Interior inspection of condos and follow through.

Familiarity of Waikoloa condos and resorts.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
