Description:In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to the bank’s employees to enhance productivity in the effective use of computer technology. This position interfaces directly with end users and various departments, troubleshooting user desktop issues to resolution, serving as a point of escalation for Help Desk.
