2. Initial walk‐in customer interface and process of request

3. Inventory Management:

 Track Rack, Radios, and Accessories

 Purchasing: PO, Quote, Submit PO, follow up on Shipping, Receiving items in QBK

4. Tech Support: TBD

5. Sales:

 TracRack (commission after 3months)

 Radio Rental (commission after 3months)

 New Harmer Net Customers (spiff per customer after 6months)

6. Shop General:

 Clean Front Area

 Trash Daily

 Organize displays

 Lock up Doors

Other Job Site Training Items:

 Install, maintain and provide technical support and service of wireless communications equipment such as UHF/VHF and 800/900 MHz analog digital systems.

 Operating mobile, portable radio equipment, dispatch consoles microwave systems, using both conventional and trunked radio technologies.

 Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and resolve wireless communications equipment problems with customers in a positive and effective manner.

 Installing and commissioning BDA/DAS systems along with testing
