Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, scheduling, and strategic initiatives. In this highly impactful role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of the CEO’s professional schedule while optimizing productivity, managing communications, and supporting the CEO’s legacy-building efforts. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, is motivated by the desire to serve and innovate, and can proactively drive efficiency in a dynamic executive setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient time management.
Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external team members, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Oversee administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
Support the CEO with special projects, research, and business initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and High Computer Literacy
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Dependable Transportation & Valid Drivers License
