Experienced deckhands needed

Experienced cover-shift and part-time crew sought to join our large sailing fleet on Oahu, from Kewalo and Waianae. The position has the potential to grow into steady PT/FT shifts for the right candidate. Captains and crew do not need to work nights. The workday ends after the Sunset trip.

Hawaii Nautical is one of Hawaii's largest ocean-activity providers, with a fleet of vessels islandwide serving many harbors across Oahu, Big Island and Maui. We believe in delivering service, safety, and the spirit of Aloha.

We do not have night-trips so all shifts end after the Sunset sail at the latest. We are very eco-conscious and we do not do swim-with-dolphins trips. We respect the ocean and the ecosystem, and follow strict guidelines so that all marine mammals and wildlife are protected.
