Cleaning Duties
Clean and sanitize common areas daily, including lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; dust and wipe down surfaces, baseboards, doors, and railings.
Remove trash and recycling from designated areas and ensure proper disposal.
Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other reflective surfaces.
Disinfect high-touch points such as elevator buttons, door handles, and mailboxes.
Maintain cleanliness of amenity spaces (gym, lounge, recreation areas, pool deck if applicable).
Monitor and restock restroom and common area supplies (paper towels, soap, sanitizer, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness around building perimeter, including sidewalks, entryways, and parking/garage areas.
Maintenance Duties
Perform routine building checks (lighting, plumbing fixtures, doors, locks, and other common area equipment).
Replace light bulbs, air filters, and minor hardware as needed.
Report and log any damages, leaks, or safety hazards promptly to management.
Assist with vendor/contractor access and supervise work as required.
Conduct minor repairs (e.g., patching, painting touch-ups, tightening fixtures, clearing drains).
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Ensure trash/recycling bins are properly staged for collection and returned after pickup.
Check and maintain janitorial/maintenance supply inventory.
General Responsibilities
Respond to resident requests or complaints courteously and professionally, escalating when necessary.
Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines when handling cleaning agents and equipment.
Support emergency response (e.g., water leaks, power outages, fire alarms) until professional help arrives.
Maintain a log of daily tasks, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Assist management with special projects or seasonal tasks (pressure washing, pest control coordination, holiday décor, etc.).

Pay scale is $20/hr - $22/hr.
