Financial Operations Associate

Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) is seeking an efficient, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Operations Associate to join a growing, client-focused financial services company. The prospective individual must have a friendly and pleasant demeanor and must be comfortable interacting with clients at all levels as they will be the first impression of the company. Additionally, qualified individuals will demonstrate ability to work independently and in a group environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Comfortable interacting with individuals by phone, email, in-person, etc.

Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information

Learn key software platforms used by the financial services industry

Position Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Analytical and detail oriented

Ability to be flexible and work under deadlines

Ability to take accountability & ownership of tasks

Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is beneficial

1 year of office experience preferred

2 year college degree (Business or Math majors preferred)
