Customer Service Salesperson
SRS Building Products is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Counter Salesperson. If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a company that values hard work and aloha spirit, we want to hear from you! The position has room for growth for the right person. Hours Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting customers with product selection and orders
Providing excellent customer service in person and by phone
Processing sales and returns accurately
Coordinating with the warehouse team to fulfill orders
Learning and sharing product knowledge with customers
Ideal candidate:
Friendly and reliable with strong communication skills
Comfortable working with computers and point-of-sale systems
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Previous sales or construction materials experience is a plus (but not required)
