Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Office/Accounting Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office files, records, and correspondence
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
Assist in data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking
Support parts departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel).
Knowledge of Sage 300 (preferred, not necessary)
Strong time management skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
