We are a thriving outdoor adventure store located in Kailua Kona, on the beautiful Big Island, and we're looking to expand our team with skilled individuals who share our passion for adventure and customer service. Two years minimum experience working in athletic store/outdoor retail is preferred.

Positions Available:

Full-Time Skilled Salesperson and Outdoor Enthusiast - Experience is preferred but not necessary for the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage: Commensurate with skills and experience

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Who We're Looking For:

Passionate & Knowledgeable: You should have a deep understanding of at least one of the following areas: bicycles, running, swimming, sports nutrition, triathlon, and lifestyle brands for example Patagonia, Vuori, TYR, Garmin, and Goodr.

Inventory Control Experience: Should have solid inventory control experience to manage inventory accuracy.

Merchandising Expertise: Previous retail or merchandising experience, having an eye for clean, organized, well stocked and visually appealing displays.

Customer-Focused: Our customers are our top priority. We're looking for individuals who can provide excellent service and build lasting relationships with our community.

Team Players: We thrive on teamwork and collaboration. You'll be working closely with our dedicated team to create the best experience for our customers.

Adapted and Enthusiastic: We are looking for individuals who are acclimated to the island lifestyle.
