//Job Requirements//

As the first point of contact, you will connect guests with the adventure of a lifetime, turning inquiries into bookings and building genuine relationships.

- Enthusiastically promote our Hawaii Forest & Trail and Kohala Zipline tours over the phone, through email, and with walk-in guests.

- Provide personalized service, ensuring every guest feels informed, comfortable, and excited from the very first interaction.

- Confidently book and manage tour reservations using our web-based system.

- Must be willing to take on additional duties as required.

//Skill Requirements//

- Excellent phone presence and communication skills

- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred; a high-energy, detail-oriented mindset

- Strong computer skills (Google Workplace, and an easy ability to navigate web-based systems).

- The ability to work in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

//Employment Details//

- Location: Based out of our Kailua-Kona headquarters.

- Compensation: Starting at $22.00 per hour with performance bonuses

- Schedule: Requires flexible days/hours that may include weekend or holiday availability.
