Job Title: Guest Service RepresentativeFirst impressions are everything!  Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Guest Service Representative.  As you personally greet our Guests and assist them throughout the day, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of "Turning Moments Into Memories".Hourly Rate:  $28.77What you will be doing:Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while adhering to all service standardsAssist guest regarding resort facilities in an informative and helpful wayAble to share information about the resort and activities, island activities, restaurants, and other information as it pertains to guests.Serve as a sales agent promoting and up-selling accommodations and resort servicesCommunicate internal and external guest requests via applicable resort softwareMaintain accurate records of daily transactions, including cash handling - currency exchange and balancing a bankEnsure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of our lobby exceeds expectationsFamiliarize yourself with group resumes ensuring all details of incoming and outgoing groups are executedCoverage of overnight shifts and duties as assignedActively participate in monthly departmental sales promotionsOrganize time so all work is completed according to shift demandMaintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guestsFocus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesBe knowledgeable of the island, our resort and resort offerings in order to be our guests’ trusted guide
