You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.What you will be doing: Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the Guest Services  department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging serviceHandle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guestsProvide unique experiences to all of our guests through warm, personal & detailed service in a luxury, upscale and fast paced environment.Ensure a positive first impression of the resort for our guests through detailed cleanliness, set-up and ambiance control.Remember individual’s names and their preferences to extend a personalized serviceAssist other rooms division departments with their operations during peak times or when requiredSupport Guest Service Ambassadors, Expeditors and Limo/Shuttle Drivers, as needed.Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency proceduresMaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all timesPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
