The Human Resources (HR)Assistant works behind the scenes to complete various administrative HR tasks and provides HR support while working in a team environment. You will learn about recruiting/talent acquisition, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and other aspects of HR. The schedule for the Human Resources Assistant position:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility for the start and end time
Thi s is NOT a remote position and will be working at our corporate office in Keaau
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, and Psychology degrees are a plus
Associate degree preferred
Two (2) years of related work experience or equivalent
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
