Human Resources Manager

We are now accepting applications for a Full Time Human Resources Manager based in Kalaheo, HI.

The Human Resources Manager, as a department of one, oversees the organization’s employee on/off boarding programs, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and systems/HR infrastructure best practices. In addition, the HR Manager plays an important role in driving safety culture, ensuring compliance with employment related laws and regulations and providing oversight of strategic priorities relating to the well-being and personal development of the NTBG workforce across 5 Garden locations and multiple states.

Key areas of responsibility:

● Manage full cycle recruitment

● Payroll and benefits administration

● Compensation and performance management

● Safety program coordination

● Multi state employer regulatory compliance

● Employee relations and training

● Strategic planning and leadership

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or other related field.

● At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources

● Proven track record of success managing all aspects of HR functions.

● Strong leadership and management skills, with experience building and supporting high- performing teams.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

● Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills for varied audiences.

● Proven ability to exercise discretion, good judgement and maintain confidentiality.

● PHR or similar certification is highly desired.

● Passion for the mission and work of the organization

● Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check.

This position is not remote and is based, in person, in Kalaheo, HI. Will require occasional travel.

Pay Range: $76,500-$88,000/ yr. DOE
