Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Specialist in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role primarily involves supervising inventory in our warehouse, with tasks stretching from counting stock to handling data entry. In this capacity, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our operations and ensuring that our inventory management systems are up to date and accurate. Reconcile inventory records and rectify any discrepancies. Enter and update inventory data in our database management system. Utilize MS Word and MS Excel for various clerical duties related to inventory management. Conduct regular inventory audits and generate reports on inventory status. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient inventory operations. Respond to any inquiries or issues related to inventory and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure high attention to detail in all inventory-related tasks. Exercise strong math skills for accurate inventory count and data entry.
