Janitorial Full-time (Kailua-Kona)

We have a full-time Janitorial position located in Kailua-Kona at a retail center. This position requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous Housekeeping, Janitorial and/or related experience is helpful and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor and should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 25lbs up to 50lbs, be able to routinely bend, squat and stretch throughout their shifts, and use of golf cart. All positions offer benefits including vacation, holidays, 401k.

Key Responsibilities:

clean common areas of the facility

restroom cleaning and restock supplies

sweep, mop, interior and exterior floors, clean glass doors and mirrors

use of a golf cart in the facility

clean and disinfect surfaces that are being touched frequently

clean and wipe down all tables and chairs

use of a leaf blower

able to stand and walk for a long period of time

pick up and dispose trash to designated area

Schedule: Friday 6am-2:30pm /Saturday 6am-10pm/Sunday 1:30pm - 10pm (32 hours per week)

Compensation: $22/per hour
