Our work depends on Systems Analyst Advisor joining our team to help build and enable the readiness of our Nation's Army in the Pacific!HOW A CONSTRUCTIVE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Responsible for performing system management and system administration functions supporting a distributed computing environment consisting of military simulations systems to include JLCCTC-MRF/ WARSIM, JLCCTC ERF / JCATS and Low Overhead Drivers (LOD), and provides for the integration of these systems with Mission Command Systems (MCS) and administrative systems in order to support tailored unit digital MCS training requirements for military units ranging from battalion to echelons above corps. Serve as a subject matter expert on designated Constructive systems used to support training at the JMSC-IP.

Provides installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware.

Manage and track site Constructive system’s hardware and software resources as directed by the simulations supervisor to ensure that system technical requirements are met for all training events on supporting systems.

Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems. Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems. Sets up JLCCTC MRF / WARSIM, and LOD administrator and service accounts.

Serves as a people and task manager.

Participates in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: AA in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience.

Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience; preferred military experience at the tactical to operational.

Required Technical Skills:

Experience in configuring, maintaining, and integrating JLCCTC federate systems; this includes administering and operating the lower, middle and upper enclave, data base building and troubleshooting, SynGen, WIM, CDSII, JJB, Perspective, Intel sensor testing and BE Server operations.

In addition the candidate should have a clear understanding of the Joint Event Life Cycle; Basic understanding of relevant technology or subject matter on any of the following Constructive/Virtual systems: WARSIM, JCATS, DxTRS, VBS3, MUSE.

Comprehensive knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter on any of the following Mission Command Information Systems: CPCE, AFATDS, AMDWS, TAIS, JCR/JBC-P, DSCG-A, GCCS-A.

Knowledgeable and understanding on JLCCTC functionality and network integration/coordination

Security Clearance Level: Secret clearance is required. Ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Certification: DoD 8570.01M IAT LVL II (CompTIA Security +)

Required Skills and Abilities:

Superb presentation and communication skills; strong ability to advise and educate leadership through non-technical terms on simulation requirements and training objectives;

Knowledgeable on JLCCTC systems and functions; MPE and military network integration/ coordination;

Microsoft Office Applications; must be able to lead a technical team to create a high fidelity, realistic training event in a Simulated and Constructive environment to meet customer requirements.

Location: On Customer Site / moderate travel required to other customer sites throughout AoR.
