We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and safety-minded individual to join our team as a Parking Lot Ambassador in Kekaha/Waimea at the newly renovated Kikialoa Boat Harbor. Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Direct Traffic and maintain the smooth flow of traffic in and out of the lot with Aloha

- Make sure cars are parked in the correct areas in designated parking areas

- Call a tow truck or place Barnacle device for any illegally parked vehicles

- Ensure parking lot cleanliness, including trash pickup and debris removal

- Greet customers with Aloha

- Guide customers to designated parking areas and direct them to the boat tour meeting areas

- If applicable, monitor cameras and report any issues

- Mount barricades at spots where parking is restricted and remove when parking is allowed

- Assist customers in locating their vehicles and if necessary, escort customers to where their vehicles are parked

- On customer request, call for tow trucks or cabs

- Assist patrons to safely exit parking Lot

- Give directions to customers on the nearest destinations or highway

- Assist customers in getting their vehicles started if necessary.

Required Skills

- Strong Spirt of Aloha

- Strong ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instruction, procedure manuals, safety rules, and other related documents

- Strong ability to speak clearly and concisely that everyone could understand

- Ability to easily and willingly adapt to competing or shifting priorities

- Strong ability to remain focused against distractions or interruptions

- Strong ability to stay calm and reasonable during stressful or intense situations

- Ability to adhere to acceptable rules, procedures, and guidelines when performing duties

- Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

- Ability to successfully complete all necessary training

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including carrying moderately heavy loads, squatting, bending, pushing, and pulling

- Ability to maintain high standard of productivity and efficiency while standing.
