Looking for a lead carpenter/journeyman

We are a small, locally owned residential new construction and remodeling company based in Kaimuki. We are looking for a lead carpenter/journeyman/foreman type who knows what they're doing in residential construction and is highly proficient in all aspects of carpentry and residential construction as a whole.

Must have at least 5 years experience as a journeyman and have good knowledge of all the other trades and how they fit in to any project. Must have a good attitude and be willing to work hard to earn raises and bonuses. Someone who is flexible, hard working, and likes the challenge of solving problems and dealing with customers.

If you're not quite there, we can develop you into a high level lead guy if you're willing!
