As a Massage Therapist, our Guests will enjoy the professional and personalized spa experience you offer. The expertise and attention to detail you provide during their treatment will turn moments into memories for our guests.What you will be doing:Perform massage while maintaining the clients comfort at all timesPerform 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minute massages as requiredEnsure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectationsMaintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in safe working orderActively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail salesConstantly maintain up-to-date knowledge of the personal services performed and any revisions in the skin care products or procedures usedServe as catalyst to promote spa services to Guests and ColleaguesMaintain current professional licenses and certificationsWork with Lead Therapist in the formulation of plans for projectsAnswer all questions related to menu items, services performed and products usedAssist guest regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayMaintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guestsFocus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
