Job DescriptionAn employer is looking for a MILCON Project Manager to support the Hickam AFB area in Hawaii. This person will assist with project requirement definition, executing project technical reviews of designs, cost estimates, and specifications for Facility Sustainment Restoration & Modernization (FSRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects. Candidate will work as an integral part of our team supporting the planning, design, and construction of large ($5M - $500M) construction projects throughout the Pacific. For these projects we work side-by-side with the Air Force client to develop requirements, lead project planning charrettes, coordinate with Air Force agencies for project approvals, guide the design and acquisition, provide technical reviews, and proactive engagement with agents and stakeholders to manage the Air Force's interests in the project.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
