Night caregiver for elderly woman. $40 per hour. 1099 income.

Seeking female caregiver for night shift. Primary responsibility is helping patient with balance as she moves from bed to bathroom. Additional duties may include doing errands in your car (gas money reimbursed); and laundry. You don't have to be a certified caregiver.

Female, night shift, caregiver will help elderly female with mobility assistance during the night.

Hours: 12AM to 8AM.

There's some flexibility to the hours. Patient needs help getting from her bed to the bathroom. She can do toileting on her own.

We are seeking someone :

1. who lives alone in a self contained unit in Honolulu county.

2. willing to take the 2024 - 2025 vaccines for covid and influenza before starting the job.

3. willing to practice social isolation during the work term.

4. has a car and a valid driver's license.

Number of meetings is five, six, or seven days per week. Approximately eight hours each shift. You can do less days per week, if you are willing to just work for us.

12AM to 8AM. You must be awake during your entire shift.

The house is close to the Waikiki-Kapahulu library, the zoo, and the Kapahulu Rainbow Drive Inn.

You must be willing to do a background check. I will pay for the background check. If I call you, I will ask to see your i.d. and ask for references.

This job has one elderly patient that is immune-compromised and non-contagious. The patient is in home hospice care.

Interest in learning assisted stretching techniques is a plus. I will teach if you are interested.

Parking available at the house (for the night shift). Taking the bus is not acceptable at this time (to limit virus transmission).

About us: work will be for two people: an elderly female patient and her adult son.
