Position: Sales Associate

We’re looking for someone friendly, dependable, and inspired by island style. If you love connecting with people, curating outfits, and creating a positive in-store vibe, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome and engage customers with genuine aloha

Build connections and help customers find pieces they love

Maintain store standards (clean, organized, beautifully merchandised)

Meet sales goals through great service and teamwork

Support daily operations and inventory tasks

Create social media content (photos, reels, posts)

Work both independently and with the team

What We’re Looking For:

Enthusiastic, reliable, and self-motivated

Strong communication and people skills

3+ months of retail or customer service experience preferred

Basic tech and social media knowledge

Must be 17 or older

Weekend and holiday availability required

Able to lift up to 30 lbs
