We are a busy zipline company looking for someone to help at our check-in office. That person would have a great attitude, work well as a team member and have an amazing customer service-oriented personality. You would be the first interaction many people have when they arrive for their tour, this often sets the tone for their entire trip so making that interaction positive is of the utmost importance. You should be comfortable answering phones and using a computer or laptop device. You should be able to walk short distances and stand for periods of time. You should be organized and capable of solving problems as they arise.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Checking in guests on the FareHarbor system
Making sure all waivers are completed online
Answering the phone
Taking bookings over the phone or in person using the FareHarbor system
Helping guests in and out of harnesses
Communicate with zipline guides over a walkie-talkie
Setting up a snack station for returning tours
Some light cleaning
We currently need someone 4 to 5 days a week, start at 9:30am and finish between 3-5pm depending on the day. We are located in Huelo so reliable transportation is a must. This is for our summer season that goes into September but could become permanent for the right person. Starting pay is 25 dollars an hour. Experience with FareHarbor is a plus but not necessary. Willing to train the right person. Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.
