We are looking for the kind of manager who demonstrates key attitudinal skills…a positive can-do attitude, good work ethic, focus while at work, grace under fire, respect for Pita Paradise and possesses a true service heart. This is a Full-Time, Beverage Manager position.

Attributes we're looking for:

Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction with an aloha spirit

Passion for great Greek/Mediterranean food

5+ Years of Restaurant fine dining experience

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to lead a FOH team of 25

Weekly scheduling of all FOH positions

Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues

Compassionate team leader

Works as a team with General Manager to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly

Strong liquor, beer and wine knowledge; including:

- Liquor cost control

- Analyze product-mx and make recommendations to improve profitability

- Promote liquor, beer & wine events on table tents

Resolves problems quickly and efficiently and fulfills special requests from customers

Establishes positive rapport with customers in order to maintain long-term relationships and promote repeat business

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs

Must have Maui Liquor Card and ServeSafe Food Handler Card

Competitive Salary: $75,000+, based upon experience
