Production Warehouse Crew Member

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Warehouse Crew Member to complete daily operations across our coffee production facility and warehouse. Preferred experience in working with specialty coffee or similar food/agricultural sectors. 1-2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse.

Job Description: Production Warehouse Crew Member

Assist with daily production tasks including weighing, grinding, packaging, and sealing roasted coffee. Prepare production materials such as bags, labels, and packaging supplies. Ensure all coffee products meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.

Receive, organize, and store shipments of roasted coffee and materials. Maintain warehouse organization including pallet arrangements, stock rotation, and cleanliness.

Conduct routine cycle counts and ensure accurate tracking of inventory.

Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures. Report safety or quality issues immediately to supervisors.

Assist team members across production and warehouse areas as needed. Bring positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative work culture.

Complete all customer orders with the addition of reviewing delivery orders and ship to inter-island as well as international shipping.
