Position Overview: Professional Cleaner

We’re seeking detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide the training and tools you need to succeed in a high-standard, supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of homes and vacation rentals (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing).

Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces with precision and care.

Change and launder linens; reset and stage properties for guest arrivals.

Restock essential supplies and maintain guest-ready conditions.

Conduct final inspections and report any maintenance concerns.

Follow Luxe Cleaning protocols and uphold service standards.

Qualifications

Cleaning experience preferred but not required – we provide training.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Able to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical cleaning tasks.

Strong time management and punctuality required.
