Job DescriptionHII Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Management Analyst to join our team at Hickam AFB. This role will manage the customer's requirements, and management process within the team and with external stakeholders including overseeing the collection, documentation, analysis, and prioritization of new and changing requirements. Have a deep understanding of project management principles including risk management and resource management. Be familiar with the language/execution of DoD cyberspace mission forces and operations. Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality. Manage project stakeholders, the project team(s), project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts.Essential Job Responsibilities- Provide project management services to support the customer in establishing and maintaining an optimal environment for support services. This includes facility maintenance and upgrades, administering service contracts and managing special projects, developing cost estimates, evaluating bid proposals, prepare statements of work for property renovations and improvement projects.

- Provide customer leadership with a weekly status of ongoing projects to include project changes, delays, health, and status.
- Recognize leadership's immediate and future requirements and interpret these into actionable outcomes to include cost estimates, timelines, limiting factors, and mitigation plans.
- Offer alternative solutions to meet mission needs when requirements are unattainable.
- Manage and schedule facility work and construction to include partnering with other agencies including Navy Facility Managers (NAVFAC) to ensure contracts are properly implemented and executed consistently within the identified scope of work.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for all facility concerns and inspect the facility and equipment for needed repairs, maintenance, safety, and security concerns.
- Submit, document, and track work orders.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot to determine cause and solution, as needed.
