Project Manager

CCF Maui Construction Inc. A commercial and residential construction company is looking for an experienced, sharp Project Manager to take care of the following tasks:

-Accounting data entry and accounts payable

-New Projects measuring, layouts, and takeoffs.

-Possible Jobs: Estimating, collecting bids from the subcontractors, and interacting with the clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.

-Jobs Scheduling and bids submittals using Microsoft Office.

-Field superintendent assists with daily forms, ordering materials, and accurate layouts.

We seek a professional, dynamic, focused, honest, well-organized, and people-person (not over-the-top talkative, more of a straight-to-the-point professional)

You must provide us with references and have at least 10 years of experience working as an estimator or a project manager.

Excellent computer and typing skills are a must-have!
