Join Our Team at Malama Kino Primary Care – Part-Time Medical Assistant

Malama Kino Primary Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate Part-Time Medical Assistant to support our adult primary care services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of front and back office responsibilities in a welcoming clinical environment.

Schedule:

2 days per week (Tuesdays through Thursdays)

Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Includes a 45-minute unpaid lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office

-Answering phone calls and triaging patient concerns

-Scheduling appointments

-Processing paperwork and incoming faxes

Back Office

-Checking in patients

-Recording medical histories and vital signs (e.g., blood pressure)

-Reviewing and updating medication lists

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills required

Prior medical office or clinical experience is preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills
