They are dedicated to fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages growth and innovation.As the first point of contact for clients and guests, the Front Desk Receptionist will play an essential role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. Your business-minded and friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and organizational abilities will contribute to the overall success of the firm.Responsibilities:
Greet clients and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Maintain the reception area's appearance and ensure it reflects our design aesthetic.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating client appointments and meetings.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Manage office supplies and ensure their availability.
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Business-minded appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
