Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Receptionist in the CPA Firm industry, located in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in managing the first point of contact for our clients and visitors and ensuring efficient administrative support within the office. Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound calls, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times Welcome and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information and directing them to the appropriate personnel Handle mail processing duties, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, and making occasional trips to the post office Maintain and operate multi-line phone systems, routing calls as necessary Utilize basic office skills and Microsoft Office Suites to perform administrative tasks, including filing, typing, and maintaining records Contribute to the overall organization of the office, ensuring a neat and efficient workspace Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and superior customer service.Requirements Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist role Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally Proficient in using multi-line phone systems Demonstrated experience in receptionist duties and basic office skills Ability to assist visitors with inquiries and direct them appropriately Experience in mail processing and distribution Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to create and manage document outlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent education level required Prior experience in a CPA or similar firm is an advantage.
