Residential Cleaner / Laborer

This position supports maintenance technicians in a variety of tasks on a large residential property. Working directly with the technicians or alone, the laborer will perform cleaning, moving, digging, hauling, loading/unloading, demo, field work prep, power washing and other physically challenging duties. The laborer will also provide support to the technicians on a variety of skilled tasks.

Qualifications:

- Prefer prior work experience in building maintenance

- Ability to understand, remember and follow instructions and policies

- Excellent people skills, team player

- Good attendance record

- Ability to speak, read, and write English to be able to meet the requirements of the job

- Hardworking and able to lift at least 50 lbs

- Possess driver license, auto insurance, and clean driver’s abstract
