Come and experience your future!Will serve a Program Security Representative Associate for our Honolulu Facility programs. Applies currently developed processes for security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data. Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for programs located in the facility. Processes clearances. customer visits. accountability for items, identification badge creation and support for facility meetings.Basic Qualifications:Proficiency in access database operation: The candidate should have experience working with databases, particularly Microsoft Access, to manage and analyze data efficiently.Experience in the Microsoft suite of products: A strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential for the role.Organizational experience: The candidate should have proven experience in organizing and managing various tasks, projects, and teams, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting deadlines.Experience in shipping and receiving: Familiarity with inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes would be valuable for this position.Property control: The candidate should have experience managing company assets, including tracking, maintaining, and disposing of equipment according to established policies and procedures.Badge operation: Knowledge of security protocols and badge management systems to ensure secure access to facilities is necessary for this role.Access control: The candidate should be familiar with access control systems, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to restricted areas.Presentation skills: The individual should have the ability to create engaging presentations and have experience in briefing various stakeholders, effectively conveying complex information and ideas.Desired Skills:DISS ExperienceCOMSEC experiencePhysical Security ExperienceSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 yearsOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday offPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $55,100 - $105,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
