Description: Job Title: Senior Manager, Maui Site Lead Job ID: SAS20212411-73330 Job Location: Maui, HI Job Description: The Space Superiority Division within the Space Superiority & Geospatial Sector has an opportunity for a Maui Site Lead. The Position is responsible for orchestrating the L3Harris growth and program management needs on Maui. This includes establishing a corporate footprint on island and will entail securing real estate, key personnel, establishing relationships with local and State stakeholders, and driving the successful execution of programs with our government customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on-island strategy development, driving the development of a growth campaign, and overseeing the execution of the campaign’s relevant captures. The execution of this strategy will support portfolio objectives in the annual Strategic Plan (SP), as well as setting the course for future SP development. The selected individual will also work across the Division’s four portfolios to ensure synergistic growth within the Space Superiority & Geospatial Sector and Space & Airborne Systems Segment. Job Responsibilities: Set on-island growth strategy with the Division and Sector P&L and business development teams

Drive market research to support the strategy

Identify gaps to executing the strategy and plan, and develop plans to address gaps

Manage key pursuits, ensuring they fit the strategic direction and are properly staffed

Provide strategic support, as needed, to the Division General Manager, and Sector leadership

Perform company analysis and research

Be aware of both Corporate and Segment objectives and ensuring that the Strategic Initiatives are aligned

Support existing sustainment and modernization program activities on the Maui Ground-based Electro Optical Deep Space Surveillance (GEODSS) site

Engage with the 1st Space Surveillance Squadron at Maui, once instantiated, and include the squadron’s operational needs in growth strategies

Lead the hiring of local interns; task and supervise interns to support Maui GEODSS site

Participate in formation of strategic roadmaps for GEODSS modernization

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. BS in Engineering or hard sciences preferred.

Ability to attain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience and credibility with on-island government stakeholders

A basic understanding of Space Domain Awareness

Proven ability in developing and driving strategy

Strong written and oral presentation skills

Demonstrated skills in gathering data from multiple, often disparate, sources and synthesizing into meaningful reports and presentations

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed business organization

Strong analytical skills and strict attention to detail

Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Proficiency

Highly Organized and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
