Wolfgang Steakhosue Maui is located at The Shops of Wialiea and we are hiriing servers!

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. If you have a passion for food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet guests and provide them with menus

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages

- Assist in food preparation when necessary

- Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and efficient manner

- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest

- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- Two years of experience as a Server required

- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items

- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
