Currently, we're looking for fun, friendly captains and crew members to help guide unforgettable nighttime snorkeling tours with manta rays in beautiful Kona, Hawaii. We're Hiring for Manta Adventures:

1. Boat Captain (USCG Licensed)

2. Snorkel Boat Deckhand (Experience preferred, not required) – Manta Tours

Captain Responsibilities:

Operate and navigate snorkel and tour vessels safely

Ensure guest safety and comfort at all times

Manage crew operations and vessel maintenance

Provide engaging narration and ocean safety briefings

Assist in emergency situations with confidence and skill

Deckhand Responsibilities:

Assist Captain with docking, anchoring, and general operations

Help guests with snorkel gear and getting in/out of the water

Ensure a fun, safe, and educational experience for all guests

Perform cleaning, maintenance, and gear checks daily

Share aloha and respect for Hawaiian waters and wildlife

Requirements:

Captain: Master License (25T+), CPR/First Aid

Deckhand: Must swim confidently, able to lift 50 lbs, CPR/First Aid preferred

Excellent people skills and positive attitude

Love for the ocean and respect for marine conservation

Weekend and holiday availability a plus!
