As you personally greet our Guests and assist them throughout their spa journey, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of "turning moments into memories for our guests".What you will be doing:Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally and channel to appropriate person for assistanceEscort guests to appointments and around spa, providing tours as requiredAssist Guests with use of lounge facilities (Ex:  experience showers, heated bench, etc.)Provide information and literature about the facility in person, via phone and emailCollect payment from clients for all services rendered and products purchasedSchedule treatments using spa software and other Computer applications as needed for operationsClerical duties: filing, creating sales kits, site inspections and other office needsEnsure smooth operation of receptionReport deficiencies of any equipmentAssist in the operation of all spa areas as requiredMaintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all timesCheck and clean lockers, locker rooms and lounges, maintaining a sanitary, tidy and well-stocked areaMaintain linen inventory and transport linen to/from laundry on a scheduled basisEnsure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of our spa exceeds expectationsOrganize time so all side work is completed according to shift demandProvide timely, personalized, friendly and efficient service to our discerning guestsHave full knowledge of all current menu items, products and methodsAssist guest regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayMaintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests
