Receive, stock, and distribute food and beverage items used by the Hotel. Maintain cleanliness of work areas.What you will be doing: Maintaining and ordering stocks and suppliesMaintain store product to ensure proper handling procedures are followedDistribute supplies throughout the property submit by way of purchase orders & inventory requisitionsEnsuring that cleanliness, organization and health code recommendations provided by the state are followedEffectively communicate with team members out of stock or shorted items.Provide updates on special orders when received and include information on supplies when they need to be re-ordered.
