As a Tour Guide Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to lead tours utilizing the latest technology for mobility the original Segway Personal Transporter.

We operate 7-days a week, with both regular and on-call positions available. We're also proud to offer benefits for those who meet full-time requirements, so joining our team is not only a fun and exciting opportunity but also a rewarding one.

One of the things that set us apart as a tour company is our commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. That's why we're seeking both fluent Japanese/English-speakers to join our team. As a Tour Guide Ambassador, you'll be responsible for leading groups of guests, so having knowledge of Hawaii’s rich history, and local landscape is a big plus. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service will be a key factor in the success of our tours.

We will teach you the 'art of Segway riding' which is so much fun gliding around Honolulu and Waikiki. We have been operating our fun and informative tours for 20+ years in Waikiki and Honolulu.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR NEW TOUR AMBASSADORS WHO ARE:

Customer - Service Focused

Have a neat / professional “resort’ appearance

Minimum of 20 hours or 3-days + a week. Half days ore ok

Must have a working cell phone

Must be able to stand and glide for 2-4 hours at a time and enjoy being outdoors in the sun

Japanese speaking applicants - must be able to speak fluently.
