Veterinary Client Care Coordinator

Waikoloa Veterinary Service has a full time opening for a client care coordinator. The right candidate must be outgoing, have outstanding communication skills, and enjoy working with the public. Duties include scheduling appointments in person and over the phone, answering multiple incoming phone lines, assisting clients with product selection, and completing payment transactions. Previous experience working in a front office position or medical/veterinary office preferred. Must have strong computer skills and be able to multitask.
