Job Description

VIP Sales Executives survey guests on their thoughts and opinions about our product and presentations, as well as educate and sell the Vacation Introductory Program (VIP) to guests.

As a VIP Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Present Vacation Introductory Program to all guests turned to you.

  • Stamp all planners when you turn the tables.

  • Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with rules.

  • Follow through on all Vacation Introductory Programs by phone to reduce cancelations.

  • Sell packages at the required production of 13.5%.

  • Identity and resolve quality assurance issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.

  • Shown ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous experience in a branded vacation ownership.

  • Valid /Active Hawaii Real Estate License.
