Waimea Country Lodge - Maintenance

We are seeking a temporary full-time maintenance team member at the Waimea Country Lodge, located in beautiful Waimea, Hawaii.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to repair, maintain, and refurbish the facilities and its furnishings in an independent manner with minimal supervision.

Able to necessitate expertise in plumbing and electrical.

Able to carry out assigned tasks in an efficient and thorough manner in accordance with quality standards as set forth by management.

Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervisor.

Complete daily trouble reports and timesheets in an accurate and understandable manner.

Responsible for the safe use and operation of all tools and materials associated with the tasks related to this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hotel or condominium resort interior maintenance experience or an equivalent amount of experience in related areas. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Pay Range: $19.00/hour - $23.00/hour, based on experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Able to work and communicate with other employees and guests in a pleasant and efficient manner.

Available for work on varied days including weekends.

Perform all other duties as required by management.
