Evenings Shift
Will train the right person with a strong work history.
Must be pleasant friendly, yet strong persona, tuff but expert at de-escalation.
Duties
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor capacity requirement of attendees
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- De-escalate rowdy situations while maintaining a friendly attitude
- Quick response
