[KI-ELE] and KIARA CONRAD are sister brands under a local jewelry and apparel company.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play an important role in staying organized and on top of all orders.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with our design team to ensure the flow of day-to-day wholesale and online orders are fulfilled.

Monitor inventory levels and perform stock replenishment as needed by managing any discrepancies or low stock levels.

Help keep on top of all of our reorders for jewelry supplies, clothing supplies, and materials.

Assist with receiving shipments.

We are located in Kapolei therefore any candidate should have reliable transportation to commute to Kapolei 3-4 times a week.

Preferred skills: highly organized, communicates well, can multitask, works well independently and in group settings.

This is a contract position, 3-4 days a week, from 9AM-4PM.

Compensation based on job duties and experience.
