Sales Associate – High-Energy Activity Sales at Whalers Village

Gemini Charters is seeking a motivated, confident salesperson to represent our charter boat and activity partners at the front entrance of Whalers Village. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, closing sales, and earning commission in a fun, high-traffic environment.

Position Details:

ONE day per week

Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Pay: $25/hour, plus commission on all activity sales

The Gemini Charters desk is located at the front entrance to Whalers Village

What You’ll Do:

Proactively engage visitors and sell Gemini Charters tours along with other Maui activities

Work independently at a one-person sales desk in a prime, high-visibility location

Answer questions about Maui, provide directions, and convert conversations into bookings

Represent a respected charter boat company with 40 years of experience operating in Maui waters

Who You Are:

Outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable initiating conversations

Self-motivated and able to work alone

Sales or customer-facing experience preferred

Reliable, energetic, and professional

You bring Fun & Aloha into every interaction
